Help & FAQ

Where does the market data come from?

We use established third-party sources for market, company and economic data. The Methodology page explains the sources, update timing and limitations.

Where do the forecast estimates come from?

The Vaniras forecast model produces the numeric 3, 6, 9 and 12 month estimates. Written explanations cannot create or change those values. See the Methodology page for details.

Why did the chart fail to load?

A blank chart means the requested provider observations are currently unavailable. Vaniras does not invent substitute values; please try again later.

What do lower and upper forecast ranges mean when shown?

They describe target-date uncertainty, not a trading range or confidence score. Lists show the target-date Median Estimate. Lower and Upper Estimates, when available, appear on each symbol's forecast details; missing ranges are never inferred. They do not describe the intervening price path or the highest and lowest observed price during the horizon.

Why might a forecast date or horizon be unavailable?

Vaniras shows only dates and horizons present in the reviewed source. Missing values remain unavailable and are not replaced with inferred placeholders.

How do I share my watchlist across devices?

Guest watchlists stay on the device. Sign up for a free account to sync watchlists and display/chart preferences securely across devices.

Do you support limit orders, alerts, or screener exports?

Authenticated users can save per-stock alert rules and review account-backed alert records or local digest previews. External email and push delivery are not connected, and limit orders, broker integrations, and screener export remain unavailable.

How do I delete my account?

Self-service account deletion is not activated. Settings can clear watchlists, preferences, and device-local recent searches, but some server records are soft-deleted or have no purge workflow. See /account/delete and /legal/privacy for current request options and retention limitations, and do not post personal data in a public issue.

Read dated research in context

Latest means the current successful update. Previous update means the immediately preceding successful update, which can be several calendar days earlier. Previous updates require eligible plan access. The Analysis tab separately retains the inputs used for its latest report.

Annual growth compares compatible fiscal years. Revenue and free cash flow per diluted share also require compatible share units and split history. Missing evidence stays Unavailable. A cash-flow and profit gap describes the amounts; it does not identify a cause.

Institution targets are third-party estimates with their own publication dates and horizons. Compare them with separately dated model medians. An unknown target horizon remains unknown. Plus shows up to three eligible institutions; Pro includes all retrieved eligible institutions and available Overall targets.

Valuation scenarios use your own assumptions. You can choose reported cash flow and diluted shares as a starting point when compatible data exists. Editing either starting input clears the reported-growth comparison. Implied growth and scenario values are calculations, not forecasts or guaranteed returns.
