Refund & Cancellation

Current payment status
Vaniras Inc., a Delaware corporation in the United States, operates Vaniras. Paid enrollment and checkout are closed. The current product does not collect payments, renew subscriptions or issue charges.
Stripe Managed Payments with Stripe Billing is the selected web subscription provider. The Plan & billing page distinguishes membership from verified subscriptions. Local sandbox reviews do not enable public payment collection.
Free browsing does not create a subscription. Temporary review accounts do not renew or become paid accounts; their access ends at the expiry shown in the review banner.
Proposed cancellation behavior
Once paid subscriptions become available, the proposed rule is that cancellation stops the next automatic renewal and paid access continues until the end of the current paid period.
For an available verified subscription, Plan & billing shows its current access period, recorded billing history and renewal cancellation or withdrawal requests. Purchases sold through Link can also be managed in Link. A submitted request is not a confirmation that cancellation or a refund has completed. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions.
Refund terms before sales open
No additional unconditional money-back guarantee is offered. Refund eligibility follows applicable consumer law and, for purchases sold through Link, the applicable Link refund policy. Requests concerning incorrect or duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions or a service that is not supplied as agreed are assessed under those rules. A free trial does not remove statutory rights, and canceling renewal is separate from requesting a refund.
Statutory withdrawal rights
Where EU or UK consumer withdrawal rules apply to a service contract, the statutory period is generally 14 days from contract conclusion, subject to applicable exceptions and disclosure requirements. The seven-day free trial is not an additional unconditional money-back guarantee. We apply any more favorable rights provided by law or Link; a single start date is not imposed worldwide.
For EU or UK service withdrawal, a reasonable proportional charge for paid service supplied before your notice may apply only where the required express early-start request and cost information were validly provided. The estimate uses elapsed paid service time, not AI requests or tokens, and accounts for refunds already made. If those conditions were not met, no service-use deduction is made. Free trial days have a zero price and are never retroactively charged. Continued use alone does not waive your rights.
For a valid initial statutory withdrawal in Türkiye, the collected payment is refunded in full. This differs from termination of an ongoing subscription covered by Turkish subscription rules: where the right to terminate applies, the amount attributable to service not yet supplied is returned. Eligibility depends on the contract and applicable law; unused-balance refunds are not promised for every cancellation worldwide.
A valid withdrawal or termination ends the relevant subscription rather than only turning off renewal. A partial statutory refund does not preserve access under the ended subscription. Mandatory remedies for faulty, misdescribed or undelivered services remain available regardless of a previous trial or refund.
Use Plan & billing when the request controls are available, or email support@vaniras.com with your account email, purchase reference and request. No reason is required for a valid statutory withdrawal. You can also use Link transaction support for purchases sold through Link. These channels do not restrict any other legally valid notice.
