Terms of Service
Product draft · Last updated: 4 October 2026
1. Current service
Vaniras Inc., a Delaware corporation in the United States, operates Vaniras.
Vaniras currently provides market context, company information, research tools, and model-based estimates. The service is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, investment management service, or trade-execution venue. Use is also subject to the financial disclaimer and Privacy Policy.
Market observations, company reports and third-party estimates may have different dates and reporting periods. Review the dates and scope shown with each measure before using it in your research.
No paid plan, checkout, trial, renewal, invoice, payment collection, or customer billing portal is active. Stripe Managed Payments with Stripe Billing is selected for future web subscriptions; this does not open paid enrollment or customer subscription management. A pricing preview or plan label does not create an offer, entitlement, service level, or promise of launch.
2. Accounts
- Public pages may be used without an account.
- Optional accounts can synchronize watchlists, alerts and display preferences.
- You must provide accurate sign-in information, protect your session, and avoid sharing access in a way that defeats product controls.
- You may not impersonate another person, probe another account, or use an account to bypass rate, security, or third-party data restrictions.
Self-service account deletion is not currently activated. See the account deletion request page and Privacy Policy for current options and retention limitations.
3. Research-only and model limitations
Content is general research and information, not personalized investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice. It does not consider your objectives, finances, experience, or risk tolerance and does not provide investment or transaction instructions.
- Model estimates can be stale, unavailable, incomplete, wrong, or materially different from future outcomes.
- Past performance and backtests do not guarantee future results.
- Written or AI-generated explanations cannot create or alter numeric model forecasts.
- Third-party analyst targets and estimates are separate from Vaniras model output.
- You remain responsible for checking primary sources and obtaining professional advice before acting.
4. Third-party data and services
Market data, profiles, fundamentals, filings, news, calendars, analyst information, authentication, analytics, infrastructure, and AI processing may depend on third parties. Their data can be delayed, corrected, withdrawn, or subject to additional license and exchange restrictions.
These terms do not transfer a license to copy, scrape, export, republish, resell, or redistribute third-party data. Public display, paid display, caching, derived use, exports, APIs, and redistribution remain subject to the exact provider agreements that apply to the operator. A source label is attribution, not proof that a commercial or redistribution right exists.
5. Acceptable use
You may not:
- break the law, infringe rights, harass others, or submit malicious content;
- circumvent authentication, authorization, rate limits, data controls, or technical protections;
- scrape, bulk-download, mirror, or automate access in a way that exceeds published product controls or third-party rights;
- resell, sublicense, publish, or redistribute product or third-party data without all required written permissions;
- present estimates or AI text as guaranteed outcomes, regulated advice, or official issuer information;
- reverse engineer model weights, interfere with the service, or use it to build an unlawful competing dataset.
6. Future subscriptions
If subscriptions are later enabled, the exact price, currency, tax treatment, billing cycle, trial, renewal, plan-change, cancellation, and refund terms must be disclosed before checkout. The current future-behavior proposal appears in the Subscription Terms draft. Nothing on the current service authorizes a charge.
7. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or suspended to address security threats, abuse, legal duties, provider restrictions, service integrity, or material violations of finalized terms. Where practical, the reason and available next step should be communicated. Immediate action may be necessary when delay would create risk.
Ending access does not itself prove that account or soft-deleted records were purged. Data handling after suspension or termination follows the current implementation and the Privacy Policy and the separately approved deletion and retention controls.
8. Availability, warranties, and risk
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. It may change, fail, or stop, and no uninterrupted availability, data accuracy, forecast accuracy, profitability, or fitness for a particular purpose is promised. Any final warranty disclaimer or liability limit must be reviewed for the applicable operator and jurisdiction before commercial launch.
9. Changes
This draft may change before approval. Once operative terms exist, material changes should carry a new effective date and any notice or renewed consent required by law or the nature of the change. Continued use will not be treated as a substitute for consent where affirmative consent is required.
10. Contact and unresolved legal fields
Contact Vaniras Inc. for product, privacy or legal requests at support@vaniras.com. Do not send passwords, tokens or identity documents by email or in a public issue. The final business address, governing law and dispute process must be reviewed and published before these terms can support paid enrollment. No response-time promise is made.
