Subscription Terms
Future-behavior product draft · Updated 7 October 2026
Current status: no billing
The public Vaniras product has no active paid plan, checkout, trial, invoice or automatic renewal. No payment details are requested by public enrollment. The local sandbox and clearly labeled design previews do not create live subscriptions or charges.
Stripe Managed Payments with Stripe Billing is the selected provider for future web subscriptions. Provider selection does not make paid subscriptions, payment collection or customer subscription management available on this site.
Operator and proposed prices
Vaniras Inc., a Delaware corporation in the United States, operates Vaniras.
- Plus: $14.99 USD billed monthly or $149.90 USD billed yearly. The yearly amount is one annual charge.
- Pro: $29.99 USD billed monthly or $299.90 USD billed yearly. The yearly amount is one annual charge.
Prices exclude applicable taxes. Before any future purchase, checkout must show the applicable taxes and total amount before payment. Checkout is not available yet.
Demo access is temporary demonstration access, not a purchase, free trial or automatically renewing subscription. It ends at the expiry shown in the demo banner.
Proposed future behavior
If paid plans are later approved, the checkout shown to the customer must disclose the following exact terms before payment details or acceptance are requested.
Trials
The planned web offer is a 7-day trial of Plus or Pro, on monthly or annual billing, with a payment method required. It starts only after the customer explicitly selects it and completes checkout. One trial is available per customer across both plans and billing cycles; changing plans, canceling, re-subscribing or creating another account does not renew eligibility. Trials are not available in the current preview.
A canceled trial does not become a paid subscription. Otherwise, the first charge occurs when the seven-day trial ends: the selected monthly charge, or the full annual total for annual billing, plus applicable taxes. Checkout must disclose the exact currency, amount, trial end date and cancellation method before acceptance. Free browsing never starts a trial or schedules a charge.
Trial AI usage is limited to the seven-day equivalent of the selected plan's monthly allowance, rounded up: 12 usage units for Plus or 35 for Pro. A plan change does not restart the trial or reset consumed credits. Research access ends when the trial ends unless payment is verified.
Billing cycles and taxes
The selected monthly or annual period; price; USD currency; taxes; first charge date; and later charge dates would be shown before acceptance. Charges would be made only against the plan and cycle the customer explicitly selected.
Renewal
Automatic renewal would apply only after an explicit renewal disclosure and acceptance. The renewal date and then-current price would be available before purchase and in account controls. Any notice required for a price or term change would be sent before renewal.
Upgrade and downgrade
A proposed default is to make upgrades effective immediately with the exact prorated charge shown before confirmation, while downgrades take effect at the next renewal so already-paid access continues through the current period. A future checkout may use a different rule only if it explains that rule first.
Cancellation
A proposed default is that cancellation stops the next renewal while access continues to the end of the paid period. A self-service control and confirmation record must exist before automatic renewal is enabled. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions and must not be presented as interchangeable.
The Plan & billing page is accessible from Settings. Available verified purchases show plan and billing dates, history and request controls. Link also manages purchases and payment methods. Public payment actions remain closed until separately approved and verified. Questions can be sent to support@vaniras.com.
Refunds
No additional unconditional money-back guarantee is offered. Applicable statutory withdrawal and refund rights, remedies for defective services, billing errors and duplicate charges remain available. For purchases sold through Link, the applicable Link refund policy also applies. These rights are not removed by a prior trial or refund.
See Refund & Cancellation for eligibility, statutory withdrawal information and private request channels. Canceling a subscription stops future renewal; it does not by itself request a refund.
EU/UK service-use deductions require valid early-start requests and the required information. Valid initial Turkish statutory withdrawal is treated separately from ongoing subscription termination. Free trial days are not charged retrospectively. A valid withdrawal or termination ends the relevant subscription, including when the legally applicable refund is partial.
AI usage and changes to your allowance
AI access uses an account-wide weekly weighted budget within a monthly total limit, shared by web and mobile, rather than a fixed message count. AI Chat shows the percentage used, remaining allowance, allowance held for answers in progress and exact reset date. Weekly Free, Plus and Pro budgets are 3, 12 and 35 usage units; their monthly totals are 10, 50 and 150 usage units. A completed standard AI answer uses 1 unit; an in-depth analysis or comparison uses 3. Supported facts retrieved without AI and reading saved chats use no allowance; free-text interpretation may use AI. Failed or canceled answers release their held allowance. Unused allowance does not roll over, and deleting a chat does not restore used allowance.
Weekly windows last seven days, anchored to your first AI request. Both weekly and monthly limits apply. The weekly schedule is shared across devices and does not restart on sign-in, chat deletion, plan changes or monthly renewal. Paid monthly and annual subscriptions reset their monthly total on the date shown in AI Chat. Trials have a separate budget and end date. Free usage resets at the beginning of each calendar month in UTC. Temporary outages, security protections and request rate limits may affect access; they do not authorize a permanent reduction of your paid allowance or remove applicable remedies.
If you purchased a monthly-only AI allowance before these weekly terms, your existing allowance is preserved. A weekly restriction is not added merely because you sign in, restore a purchase or renew. AI Chat shows the limits that apply to your subscription.
We preserve your weekly and monthly AI allowances and calculation rules for the paid subscription term you purchased, including the full paid annual term. A monthly usage reset does not shorten that protection. A plan change applies only on the terms you separately review and accept; it does not erase usage already consumed.
We may propose changes for a later subscription term for specifically explained reasons, such as changes in AI provider costs, technology, legal requirements or service operation. For a material reduction, we will explain the change, its reason, when it would apply and your cancellation and applicable refund rights by email and in your account at least 30 days before it takes effect, or longer where applicable law requires. We obtain affirmative consent where required. Notice alone does not replace required consent or permit a change prohibited by applicable law. If the required notice or consent has not been provided, the reduction will not apply to you.
You may cancel future renewal before a changed term starts. Where applicable law provides a right to terminate, withdraw or obtain a refund because of a change, that right remains available. Additional AI usage is not currently sold. If optional additional usage is offered later, its price, amount, validity, refund conditions and any effect on your included limits will be disclosed before a separate purchase. No extra usage charge is made automatically. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights. Free allowances may change prospectively, with material changes explained before they take effect.
Plan and data-rights changes
Plan features may depend on third-party data licenses, exchange permissions, geography, or technical availability. A plan cannot promise public or paywalled display, caching, exports, API access, or redistribution unless the required rights are in force for that exact use. Removing a material paid feature would require the notice, remedy, or refund rights stated at checkout and required by law.
Precedence
The proposed order of precedence for a future purchase is:
- mandatory law and non-waivable consumer rights;
- applicable Sold through Link rights where they are more favorable than our refund policy;
- the accepted checkout or order form for price, currency, cycle, term, and plan scope;
- the then-effective Subscription Terms for subscription mechanics;
- the general Terms of Service for the rest of the product.
Marketing copy, roadmap language, and the pricing preview cannot override those documents or create an entitlement. Conflicts must be resolved and displayed before checkout rather than hidden in post-purchase text.
