Common errors
Plain-language recovery guidance for unavailable data, stale records, failed model runs, and broken pages.
In plain language
Unavailable data means the requested record could not be confirmed. A failed model run must not produce replacement forecast values. A broken page means the page did not finish loading; retry once, then check Data Status for a dated service summary.
What to check
- Use Retry for a page failure and Reload only when the problem persists.
- Check Data Status before relying on dated market observations.
- Never interpret an unavailable forecast as zero change.
